Public Companies and Capital Markets Attorney

A global Am Law 50 firm is seeking a corporate associate with at least 4 years of public company and capital market experience. Candidates should have extensive experience in public company reporting compliance and governance and the day‑to‑day issues that arise for public companies, such as SEC compliance, disclosure matters, governance, and Nasdaq/NYSE compliance. Candidates should also have experience representing either issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions, including IPOs, equity/debt offerings, private investment in public entities (PIPEs) and at‑the‑market offerings. Candidates with experience dealing with technology and/or life sciences companies are a plus.

We are willing for this candidate to reside in San Francisco, LA, San Diego, Boston, NYC, Washington DC, Seattle, Silicon Valley, or Austin Texas as well as most other major markets.

Compensation:

$310,000-$435,555 per year
