is working with an organization within the Healthcare industry who is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional

Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist

with experience in the healthcare industry to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office environment for our patients and staff.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls, manage appointment scheduling Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations Coordinate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations Handle patient check-in/check-out procedures and insurance verification Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and responding to emails Qualifications:

Previous experience in a healthcare setting is

preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical office software (e.g., EMR systems) Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical administration is a plus

Pay Details:

$20.00 to $24.00 per hour
