LHH Recruitment Solutions is sourcing for a Dental Front Desk position in Sacramento. This temporary role spans 3-6 months, with a high likelihood of extension. As a key member of the dental office team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the dental staff in administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

Location: Sacramento

Pay: $20 - $23 /hr (DOE)

Work Type: Contract 3-6 months (high chance to extend)

Work Schedule: M-F, 8:30 am - 5 pm

Duties:

Greeting and assisting patients upon arrival

Managing appointment scheduling and confirmations

Handling patient inquiries and providing information

Processing patient check-ins and check-outs

Coordinating with dental staff to ensure efficient workflow

Maintaining patient records and confidentiality

Managing billing and insurance claims

Qualification

Minimum of 2 years of experience working at a dental clinic

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in dental office software and systems

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

Excellent customer service skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Pay Details:

$20.00 to $23.00 per hour
