Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Community Sales Manager located in Chattanooga, TN. The Community Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales process within the community, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction, and generating leads. The role entails daily interactions with potential homebuyers, guiding them through the home buying process, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales to meet company goals.
