Client Benefits Specialist . This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Human Resources, particularly in benefits administration and client support. You’ll gain hands‑on experience managing employee benefits programs, interacting with clients, and building a foundation for long‑term growth in HR. Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding employee benefits, providing guidance and support on medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans. Administer client benefits programs, including enrollments, terminations, and changes, ensuring accuracy in HR and benefits systems. Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues with a high level of professionalism and customer service. Prepare, review, and distribute benefits communications, reports, and reconciliations to clients and internal teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, carrier requirements, and federal and state regulatory guidelines. Support clients during high‑volume periods such as open enrollment, including system updates, reporting, and enrollment assistance. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, enhance client experience, and implement benefits‑related initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and benefits transactions for reporting and audit purposes. Qualifications

Familiarity with benefits and/or HRIS systems is required. Exposure to or experience in benefits coordination preferred; entry‑level candidates with strong interest in HR are welcome. Strong customer service and communication skills. Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and interest in long‑term growth within HR and benefits. Benefits
