Essential Functions
Foster our mission: To attract, train, retain and treasure the best care professionals
Develop strong relationships with care professionals
Effectively schedule care professionals with Arosa clients, while maximizing desired hours, in an effort to be the care professional's primary employer
Work with Care Managers to effectively match care professionals and clients based on skills and mutual interests
Provide a high level of customer service to all Arosa clients and care professionals
Boost employee retention with company-wide strategic initiatives
Recruit, screen, interview, onboard new teammates
Build pipelines of prospective candidates through professional networks, and targeted community outreach and recruitment events
Assure the caregiving team successfully completes initial and annual training requirements
Required
Customer service experience
Positive attitude with team-player mindset
High School diploma or equivalent
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PC literacy
