The Communications Manager, North America, will shape how Refresco communicates its vision, values, strategy and business achievements across the region. You will design and deliver integrated strategies and operational communication plans aligned with regional and global priorities, driving impactful internal and external communications that connect employees, stakeholders and communities with Refresco’s story, while staying on brand. We are looking for someone with excellent writing skills, strong design and visual literacy, and solid project management. You will help execute a wide range of communications activities across the business unit, internally and externally, and demonstrate a superior understanding of corporate communications and the ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional teams. You should be very organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You should be resourceful, organized, and self-motivated. Essential Job Functions

Responsible for internal and external communications to inform, engage, inspire and connect audiences. Manage vendors and agencies, operating at both strategic and tactical levels. Collaborate with the Communications Director North America and Operating Board North America on projects with creativity, enthusiasm and professionalism. Extract clear, targeted messaging using traditional and new media. Highlight Refresco’s branding, values, story and culture in content. Create engaging employee communications aligned with business goals. Write content for digital platforms, email, newsletters, social media, intranet, website, etc. Drive consistency in communications processes and measure effectiveness. Research, write and edit internal publications in multiple formats. Manage vendor relationships and cross-functional collaborations to promote consistency. Coordinate social media calendar and content pipeline; create visuals such as flyers, social media posts, videos. Update North America website and Intranet/SharePoint as needed. Internal Communications

Ensure corporate story, values, strategy and brand are accurately represented across channels. Provide regular updates on business changes, initiatives and department progress. Develop policies, tools and practices to enhance internal communications effectiveness. Explain business strategies so employees can deliver on objectives and encourage active dialogue. External Communications

Assist in crisis communications preparedness. Support external platforms for senior executives to promote Refresco’s business. Maintain the NA website with relevant content and define a press strategy with Group Communications. Create a strong company profile for external stakeholders. Leadership Responsibilities

May direct work of others and provide training, direction and evaluations. Foster a culture of empowerment and lead with a clear, ambitious vision. Required Skills

Proven ability to resolve diverse business problems with cultural sensitivity. Excellent verbal and written communications; AP style familiarity. Strong networking, planning, and prioritization skills. Self-starter with superior writing and editing skills; ability to meet tight deadlines. Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Canva, SharePoint and website editing preferred. Ability to learn other software; meticulous attention to detail; strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to balance multiple tasks and adapt to change; Spanish and French knowledge is desired but not required. Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or business required; Master’s preferred. 10+ years of corporate communications experience; B2B/FMCG experience preferred. Working Conditions and Travel

Physical Demands: Administrative in nature; mostly sedentary. Work environment: Fast-paced; deadlines and project management pressures. Travel: Based in Tampa corporate office with minimal travel requirements. Benefits and EEO
