Skilled Change Manager focusing on the people side of change—encompassing processes, system improvements, and technology rollouts. Working as part of the PMO team, the role will participate in cross-functional initiatives and partner with business leaders, business analysts, and change management leaders to support project execution across the organization. The Change Manager will handle multiple projects concurrently, performing stakeholder analysis, establishing training and communications plans, and other documentation. The role will also focus on impact analysis, KPI and success measure tracking, and risk mitigation. When needed, the Change Manager will establish change networks and work with employees acting as change agents. A passion for rolling out new technology in a global organization and understanding change management principles are critical to success in this role. Duties
Create and implement change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize engagement Develop, deploy and apply consistent processes, tools and templates for the people side of change Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan Monitor project schedules for communications and training deliverables Establish parameters to measure the effectiveness of change management activities Identify resistance points and develop mitigation strategies Administer surveys to collect employee feedback and derive themes and corrective actions Conduct impact analysis studies for technology rollouts Create sponsor roadmaps and ensure execution of sponsorship activities Develop and maintain change agent networks Perform change management training requirements analysis Support the development of training plans, curriculum, schedules, enrollment and delivery of end-user training Identify and assess stakeholders in context of the change Define/confirm roles, procedures, responsibilities, accountabilities, support systems and incentives related to changes Interact with stakeholders and subject matter experts to evaluate information and translate into change activities Partner with HR, training and communications to support change activities Skills/Qualifications
Essential Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships Flexibility in dynamic environments with ability to adapt to shifting priorities Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere Team player who collaborates effectively Desirable Change Management Professional designation (strongly preferred) Project Management Professional designation (not required) Education and Experience
BA/BS in Business, Technology, General Management 4-6 years of experience with change management projects 2-4 years of project/program management experience, preferably in an IT environment Working Conditions
Physical Demands: Continuously sitting for prolonged periods; administrative in nature Visual/Sensory: Attention to detail Work environment: Fast-paced; ability to remain focused under pressure Mental Stress: Deadline and accuracy pressures Travel: May be required up to 15%–20% of the time Must comply with Refresco Home-based Job Requirements Other Duties
