*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a mid-level litigation attorney with a minimum of three (3) years of experience handling civil litigation, ideally on the plaintiff’s side. The ideal candidate has strong written and oral advocacy skills, is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing cases from intake through trial or settlement.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation * Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda * Manage client relationships and provide thoughtful legal guidance * Attend court appearances, mediations, and depositions * Work collaboratively with partners and support staff to achieve optimal client results
