Drive revenue growth and margin improvement initiatives. Review and approve major estimates, budgets, and change orders. Monitor and optimize job profitability and labor efficiency. Team Development
Lead and develop teams across multiple locations. Implement comprehensive training programs for all levels. Create and maintain performance metrics and accountability systems. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Market Growth
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities. Maintain and enhance relationships with key stakeholders. Ensure competitive advantage in each market. Quality Assurance
Establish and maintain quality control standards. Ensure IICRC S500 standards adherence. Perform regular audits and site visits. Drive process improvements based on data and feedback. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
