in Easton, MD. You will lead a 14 physician/8 APP provider hospitalist team, supervise the Integrated Acute Care (IAC) team, recruit physicians and APPs, provide direct patient care, and ensure compliance with governing bodies. Compensation
Base pay: $125.00/hr – $150.00/hr Estimated W‑2 range includes $75,000 equity ownership after 2 years, up to $35,000 from a company‑funded 401(k), $4,000 tax‑free CME/BEA a year ($6,500 plus state and DEA license fees for new graduates), 100% paid parental and military leave, comprehensive medical/dental/vision/Rx coverage, short‑ and long‑term disability (own occupation), and malpractice with tail and free litigation support. Benefits
Equity ownership: $100,000 equity given to all full‑time physicians after 3 years. 10% company‑funded 401(k) up to IRS limit of $35,000. $4,000 tax‑free CME/BEA annually. 100% paid parental and military leave. Student loan refinancing at 2.99%. Comprehensive medical, dental, vision and Rx coverage. Short‑ and long‑term disability (own occupation). Malpractice coverage with tail and free litigation support. Service Model
Hospitalist service: 16–20 physicians, 84 hours coverage daily; 12–14 APPs, 36 hours coverage daily. EMR: Epic. Dedicated nocturnist; intensivists on site until ~5 pm, then on call. No procedures required. Open ICU. Emergency Department
25–32 hours physician coverage; 20 hours APP coverage. ED provides average daily volume of 71 patients. Designated Primary Stroke Center and Cardiac Intervention Center. Helipad on site for air transport to University of Maryland Medical Center. Leadership Role
Recruit physicians and APPs to the practice. Orient, mentor, and monitor progress of new providers. Supervise IAC team members, create schedules, attend meetings. Ensure IAC practice follows all governing bodies. Provide direct patient care. Location & Community
Easton, MD: a small, vibrant town on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. The community offers a historic downtown, quaint boutiques, restaurants, and public spaces such as Idlewild Park. The hospital serves five rural counties and includes inpatient services across primary and secondary acute care, as well as outpatient rehabilitation, obstetrical/gynecological, sleep testing, cardiology, and additional care.
