Overview
We are looking for an experienced, high‑energy HVAC Designer to join our Building Mechanical team and help deliver innovative HVAC design solutions for heavy industrial clients. You will work alongside engineers and designers performing field investigations, interfacing with clients & vendors, sizing and selecting equipment, and preparing construction design packages.

Base Pay Range $102,900.00 / yr - $135,075.00 / yr
Responsibilities
Layout and design of HVAC systems.
Develop conceptual, preliminary, and final construction documents, including calculations for sizing and selecting systems, Air Flow Diagrams (AFDs), Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and general arrangements.
Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate HVAC design into project deliverables.
Maintain schedule and technical quality of engineering tasks, meeting client expectations, scope, budget, and schedule.
Qualifications
At least ten (10) years’ experience in design of HVAC systems for industrial facilities.
Proficiency in Revit.
Thorough knowledge of codes and standards related to HVAC design.
Adaptability to work within a fast‑paced team environment with multiple deadlines.
Ability to collaborate remotely with project team.
Preferred
Software experience in AutoCAD, Carrier HAP, Trane Trace 700, and Trane Trace 3D.
Experience in design of plumbing/utility systems.
