Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 DOE
Overview This highly respected firm seeks aSenior Litigation Associate to offer advisory and litigation services across a broad range of practice areas including business, commercial, class action, personal injury, employment, environmental land use, estates, and intellectual property.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in court and before quasi‑judicial or administrative agencies.
Manage cases from start to finish, including case preparation.
Craft responses to written discovery requests, draft objections, and designations of prior testimony.
Collaborate with colleagues in a collegial and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
10+ years of relevant litigation experience.
5+ years of case management experience supervising attorneys and paralegals.
Oregon State Bar membership.
Juris Doctor (JD).
Broad litigation experience across multiple practice areas.
