Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO and executive leadership team at Introl.

Responsibilities
Manage daily scheduling, calendar coordination, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
Prepare agendas, materials, summaries and create follow-ups for leadership meetings, board meetings, and investor presentations.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and manage executive-level communications with a high degree of professionalism.
Handle a wide range of requests, from preparing investor decks and leadership reports to coordinating logistics, events, and last-minute changes.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Assist with expense reports, reimbursements, and vendor coordination as needed.
Support special projects, events, and cross-functional initiatives driven by the CEO.
Maintain an organized and efficient system for documents, files, and executive workflows.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership (C‑suite or equivalent) is required.
Demonstrated business experience—must understand organizational operations, decision‑making, and business priorities, not just administrative processes.
Startup or technology industry background preferred—must understand the pace and demands of high‑growth environments.
Tech‑savvy and adaptable—comfortable working across multiple digital platforms, communication tools, and productivity systems; able to quickly learn and optimize new technologies to streamline workflows.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and systems quickly.
Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
This role is not entry‑level—applicants must have prior experience supporting executives.
Must be based in Illinois with reliable and consistent access to downtown Chicago.
Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally when needed.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
