Responsibilities
Survey Administration & Listening Programs: Lead the administration of enterprise‑wide associate listening surveys and other feedback mechanisms; partner with internal stakeholders to design, deploy, and monitor survey processes; serve as the point of contact for survey technology platforms.
Reporting & Insights: Analyze survey results and other associate feedback data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks; create clear, compelling reports, dashboards, and presentations for HR, business leaders, and executives; translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations that drive associate engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Talent Program Support: Partner with HR and business stakeholders to support talent‑related programs such as assessment analytics, talent planning, or engagement initiatives; provide data and analytical support to inform program design and effectiveness; contribute to continuous improvement of talent processes and tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR analytics, survey administration, or talent program management.
Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
Experience with survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Glint, CultureAmp, or similar) and HRIS systems.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with HR and business leaders.

Salaries range from $82,900 to $107,680 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. Associates in this position are also eligible for a quarterly bonus.
