About the Role As an Experienced Charter Sales Broker , you will be responsible for managing your established client portfolio, securing new business, and delivering a superior private aviation experience. This role requires a proactive sales professional with deep industry knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of success in private jet charter brokerage. Your ability to build lasting client relationships, close high-value deals, and navigate complex charter logistics will be critical to your success.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing customized private jet solutions.

Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and sales performance metrics.

Source and negotiate aircraft options, ensuring optimal pricing and availability for clients.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

Maintain strong relationships with aircraft operators to ensure competitive pricing and superior service.

Provide exceptional client service, handling last-minute requests and high-pressure situations with professionalism.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Occasionally work beyond standard hours, remaining responsive and effective under pressure in time-critical situations.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a brokering or similar role with an established book of business charter business.

Proven ability to generate revenue and consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.

Strong negotiation skills with a deep understanding of private aviation pricing and logistics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.

Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Excels at organic sales growth through strategic networking, cold calling, and relationship-building to drive new business opportunities.

Established industry relationships preferred.

Willing to travel for client meetings, industry trade shows, and local networking events to foster relationships and drive business growth.
