About the Role:
We're looking for an analytical and motivated Business Transformation Analyst to join our Transformation team. You'll work closely with the Director of Business Transformation to support process improvement, digital enablement, and change management initiatives across the firm. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys solving problems, visualizing processes, and helping teams work smarter through technology and process design. What you'll be doing:
Project Coordination: Track project deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across firm-wide transformation initiatives. Process Mapping & Documentation: Assist in mapping current- and future-state workflows using tools like Visio, Miro, or Blueworks Live, capturing gaps and opportunities. Solution Design Support: Translate business requirements into visuals such as wireframes, mockups, and user flows that bring ideas to life. Change Management & Communications: Draft communications, training materials, and presentations to help teams understand and adopt new processes or systems. Stakeholder Collaboration: Prepare for meetings and workshops by gathering inputs, organizing data, and synthesizing key takeaways for leadership. Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas for improving internal processes and help track the impact of implemented changes. What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 0–2 years of experience (internships count!) in business operations, consulting, or project coordination. Exposure to process improvement, wireframing, or change management concepts is a plus — training will be provided. What We Offer:
