Sales Associate – Commercial Real Estate
Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™ is the fastest-growing commercial real estate company in the country. A Sales Associate works in a meritocracy and earns income directly based on achievements. This position is currently available for motivated, entrepreneurial individuals.
Duties / Essential Functions
Complete the intensive in‑depth training program.
Become an expert in commercial real‑estate analysis and brokerage.
Relentlessly and proactively reach out to owners of commercial real estate.
Make 100+ cold calls daily to investment property owners.
Maintain detailed records of activity on the proprietary CRM system.
Utilize the company’s industry‑leading tools, resources and technology to win business and build relationships.
Other responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related industry or equivalent experience.
1+ years of sales experience preferred but not required.
Competitive nature.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of effective prospecting and proven ability to penetrate new accounts.
Organizational competency to maintain regular contact with a large database of clients and prospects.
Strong grasp of mathematics / ability to complete financial analysis and underwriting of investment real estate.
Professional work ethic and integrity.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Industrious personality.
Coachable and insatiable appetite for success.
Provide clients with valuable financial analysis and underwriting of investment real estate.
Work closely with Sales Leaders and Mentors to curate an effective business plan.
