Executive Assistant – Investor Relations Team
San Francisco, CA (5 days on-site)
Base pay: $140,000 – $150,000 per year + Bonus
High‑growth global VC firm seeks experienced EA to support senior executives on the Investor Relations team during an active fundraising cycle. Critical role for smooth team functioning, complex scheduling, travel coordination and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Heavy calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, and logistical planning
Work closely with IR coordinators to support limited partner (LP) events and meetings
Manage communications, maintain discretion and professionalism
Anticipate executive needs and provide proactive support
Collaborate with internal teams to support broader Investor Relations initiatives
Maintain strong presence in office; serve as trusted partner to executives
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years as EA in professional services
Experience supporting senior executives in fast‑paced, high‑performance environments
Impeccable attention to detail, organizational skills
Sound judgment, high emotional intelligence, manage sensitive confidential information
Strong sense of urgency, energy, professionalism
Confidence and polish dealing with senior stakeholders, high‑net‑worth individuals
Willingness to be available outside standard work hours
