Executive Assistant – Investor Relations Team
Location:
San Francisco, CA (5 days on-site)
Compensation:
$140,000 – $150,000 base + Bonus
A prestigious high-growth global VC firm that partners with bold entrepreneurs to help build enduring, transformative companies is seeking a top-notch Executive Assistant! We are seeking a highly capable and polished Executive Assistant to support two senior executives on the Investor Relations team. This role is critical to the smooth functioning of a high-performing team during an active fundraising cycle, involving complex scheduling, travel coordination, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
Provide executive-level support including heavy calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, and logistical planning
Work closely with IR coordinators to support limited partner (LP) events and meetings
Manage communications and maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism
Anticipate executive needs and provide proactive support
Collaborate with internal teams to support broader Investor Relations initiatives
Maintain a strong presence in the office and serve as a trusted partner to the executives
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience as an EA in professional services
Experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, high-performance environments
Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
Sound judgment, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
A strong sense of urgency, energy, and professionalism
Confidence and polish in dealing with senior stakeholders and high-net-worth individuals
Bachelor’s degree required
Willingness to be available outside of standard work hours
