Senior Account Executive Location: Remote (Miami or Los Angeles). Requires staff support for local events. Core Responsibilities
Serve as primary client contact, anticipating needs and sharing insights. Lead media outreach and communications; write, review, and edit client and media materials. Manage PR and communications activities across the country including events, announcements, and storytelling. Plan and execute PR events with agency partners and vendors; sometimes independently. Effectively manage campaign or project finances. Oversee team reporting efforts; present updates creatively. Develop comprehensive coverage recaps with quantitative, qualitative, and key learnings. Support campaign planning: PR plans, proposals, concepts. Maintain strong understanding of clients’ businesses and encourage team members. Staff events like premieres, junkets, screenings, meet‑and‑greets, influencer activations. Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English and Spanish. Held a similar role at a public relations agency; worked with clients in retail, technology, lifestyle, entertainment, or related industries. Strong problem‑solving skills; proactive and action‑oriented. Detail‑oriented; able to go the extra mile to meet strategy, on time, on budget. Proven track record of reaching and engaging multicultural audiences via integrated strategic communications. Based in Miami, FL or Los Angeles, CA; able to staff in‑person events on nights, weekends, and holidays. Bachelor’s Degree in communications, public relations, marketing, English, or related field.
