Account Coordinator
to join our team of professionals who enable our clients to say the right thing to the right audiences via the right mix of public relations channels to achieve optimal results. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. In this role, the Account Coordinator will work in close partnership with a core set of team members on several entertainment accounts. The individual will monitor for media coverage, input coverage into media trackers, analyze data, and share key findings with the team, as well as support media outreach by creating media lists, sending interview confirmations, and staffing in-person and virtual press days and other media opportunities. The role will be remote from a home office in Miami, FL or Los Angeles, CA, or Mexico City, Mexico, and will support and staff agency events such as movie premieres, press junkets, film screenings, celebrity meet-and-greets, influencer activations, and more. Core Responsibilities
The Account Coordinator will deliver on several primary responsibilities, which may evolve based on account needs. Core responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to): Monitoring + Reporting Monitor broadcast, print, and digital media and social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube) for client stories and mentions Input media and social coverage in client trackers Assess and track overall reach and message pull-through in stories and posts Compile daily media clips for the client and share via email Collaborate with team members to ensure coverage across media and influencers Research Research industry trends, competitor activities, and client-specific news; compile findings for internal and client use Conduct media audits to identify targets for campaigns Gather insights on target audiences to tailor PR strategies Support planning and execution of press events, product launches, and other promotional activities Staff in-person and/or virtual press days and events Account Management + Additional Responsibilities Manage day-to-day account responsibilities, including agendas, notes, and recaps Maintain regular communications with clients and provide updates on projects Assist in managing budgets and expenses; prepare budget reports Support publicity efforts by maintaining media lists Manage translation between English and Spanish with clients and vendors Participate in meetings and brainstorm sessions; support other teams as needed Requirements Earned a Bachelor’s Degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field Fluent in English and Spanish; able to write and speak in both languages Understanding of data and analytics; familiar with Excel Experience in public relations, marketing, or related industry (internships count) Based in Miami, Los Angeles, or Mexico City and able to staff in-person events at night, on weekends, and holidays Seniority level
