As a Workday Benefits Consultant, you’ll help our clients achieve better business performance through implementation of Workday. You will be a part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving process improvements and cost savings through innovative solutions. Lead the design and configuration of Workday Benefits to meet business requirements. Ensure the solution aligns with the organization’s strategies. Manage the end-to-end implementation process of the Workday Benefits, ensuring timely and successful deployment. Develop project plans, timelines, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Manage data migration activities and validate data accuracy. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues to ensure effective use of the Workday Benefits module. Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a functional lead executing the day-to-day activities supporting Workday Benefits implementation lifecycle processes, including system design, configuration, integrations, security, data integrity and project reviews. Workday certification in Workday HCM and Benefits is strongly desired. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Demonstrated ability to lead complex implementations from start to finish. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, project teams, and stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members preferred. Compensation & Culture

The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $90,650-$173,000. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
