The Advanced Fighter Systems (AFS) program area within Advanced Products and Solutions (APS) business unit is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst (P3) to support the Business Management Finance team as a cost, schedule and control analyst. What You Will Do

Provide weekly and monthly cost and performance monitoring and reports inclusive of monthly Earned Value reporting and development of monthly LREs/quarterly EAC's. Frequent interaction with various functions and multiple levels of the organization will be needed, so the successful candidate must possess strong presentation, communication, and professional skills. Support the program EV cadence in executing the IPMDAR external reporting requirements. Drive timely and compliant BCR processing to facilitate smooth month‑end reporting. Support PMs/IPTLs with ad‑hoc analysis in support of variance reporting. Complete monthly CDRLs with a quick turnaround time to meet IPMDAR reporting requirements. Support the monthly forecast process which includes coordinating forecast updates with program stakeholders and updating Rplan. Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 3 years experience. Experience supporting the monthly forecast process and coordinating forecast updates with program stakeholders and updating Rplan. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, Vlookups, conditional formatting). Experience with key financial tools including SAP, BW/AO, EDIT+, & PMX. Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Estimate at Complete Analysis (EACs) or equivalent. U.S. citizenship required. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. Qualifications We Prefer

Strong Organizational skills; Able to meet critical deadlines. Analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Experience using SAP, BW/AO, EDIT+, & PMX. Ability to work in a challenging and fast‑paced environment while multi‑tasking on several different program issues concurrently. The salary range for this role is $82,000 - $164,000. Benefits
