What You Will Do
Work closely with functional organizations during the Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and LRE process and monitor performance.
Drive financial planning activities for contracts, including RPLAN updates, and analyze program performance impacts on bookings, sales, profit, and cash. Facilitate monthly data reconciliation.
Apply extensive knowledge in IPMR/IPMDAR.
Provide project management guidance to program teams to ensure adherence to EVMS guidelines.
Compile compliant monthly EV reports for Program Management.
Develop and deliver Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs).
Act as financial point of contact for Program Management and provide financial guidance to IPT leads and non-finance organizations (Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations).
Highlight pertinent information from program data analysis, including trend analysis; high proficiency in MS Excel is expected.
Support compliance reviews or periodic process audits.
Maintain working knowledge of FAR.
Attend program meetings and evaluate EVM data to drive program performance.
Drive standard processes and tools across programs.
Lead Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and Internal Surveillance Reviews (ISRs).
Participate and help drive solutions for EOIR initiatives.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience) with minimum 5 years relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years experience.
Knowledge of Government EVM reporting & compliance.
Experience with EVM tools (PMX, SAP, PRISM, Program Metrics).
Experience with Excel (including AO).
Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent critical-thinking and forecasting skills.

Salary Range:
$82,000 - $164,000 USD. The range is a good faith estimate and may vary by experience, education, and skills.
