Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Bill of Material (BOM) Analyst to join our team in a fully on-site capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining Bill of Materials (BOMs) and Material Masters, ensuring alignment with production schedules and internal customer expectations. You will play a crucial role in coordinating program requirements to ensure manufacturing data aligns with our MRP system, SAP, and facilitate a controlled flow of materials for manufacturing and procurement.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Operations Planning, and Program Leads to establish and maintain the Manufacturing Bill of Material, including modifications for manufacturing ease.

Maintain and monitor Part Master data and Product Structure in MRP systems throughout the product lifecycle.

Incorporate changes as specified within approved Engineering Change documents or process allowances.

Partner with the MPS Master Production Scheduling/IPLs and/or PC Production Control/ME Manufacturing Engineering to manage effective dates to minimize inventory and reduce residual inventory.

Define and communicate required actions by other organizations to implement Engineering Changes into work-in-process and purchase material.

Acquire a basic understanding of applying standards to data and unique data coding standards required for various special processes.

Analyze planning functions and lead continuous improvement projects, ensuring appropriate load to MRP and identifying improvement opportunities.

Participate in problem-solving to resolve conflicts between requestor needs and existing records or policies.

Understand the end-to-end supply chain to support customer needs, applying principles, concepts, industry practices, and standards related to production planning through MRP/ERP systems.

Essential Skills:

Typically require a university degree with 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience, or in the absence of a degree, 6 years of experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience working with technical/engineering documents and Engineering Data Management tools.Master Data execution in an ERP environment, preferably SAP.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Customer-focused with effective prioritization skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills for collaborative work across functional areas.

Self-motivated with the ability to research issues and support development of potential solutions.

Strong analytical skills to review requests, determine data accuracy and completeness, and pay attention to detail.

Preferred experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, and Manufacturing environments.

Work Environment:

This position is fully on-site, requiring collaboration with various program and key stakeholders in a high-volume, dynamic environment. You'll work closely with diverse teams to meet production and procurement needs, ensuring a controlled flow of materials.

Job Type & Location:

Contract position based out of Medley, Florida.

Pay And Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
