Materials & Planning Analyst
Aston Carter
is seeking a Materials & Planning Analyst to support its production operations in Miami, FL. This fully onsite role is responsible for managing Bill of Materials (BOMs), Material Masters, and ensuring alignment with SAP MRP systems.
Responsibilities
Modify BOM structure and lifecycle management of part data.
Implement engineering change and maintain accurate data.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support manufacturing schedules and program requirements.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process and data quality.
Skills
SAP and SAP MRP systems.
Supply chain, inventory control, and planning scheduling.
Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and engineering data management tools.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Qualifications
University degree with 2‑4 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field; associate’s degree with 4 years of experience; or six years of experience in the absence of a degree.
Customer‑focused with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and collaboration across functional areas.
Self‑motivated research issues, discuss solutions, and provide rational support.
Analytical skills with attention to detail for data review.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with technical/engineering documents and engineering data management tools.
ERP master data execution, preferably SAP.
Preferred experience in supply chain, operations, engineering, and manufacturing environments.
Experience Level Expert Level
Pay and Benefits Pay range: $33.65 per hour.
