Job Description The Director of Marketing for Philadelphia is responsible for defining the destination of the business and brand strategy of Philadelphia in the United States. As a leader of the global Philadelphia community at Kraft Heinz, the Director will write the recipe for making Philadelphia an irresistible food brand in the world.

Future Planning and Vision Casting – 30%
Executing Business Strategy – 25%
People Development and Team Building – 20%
External Perspective and Application – 10%
Analyzing and Adjusting Business Performance – 5%
Special Projects and Engagements – 5%
Fostering Relationships with Global Stakeholders – 5%
Expected Experience & Required Skills
Experience building iconic brands with a clear strategy, brand purpose and consumer experience
Track record of defining the destination for a brand and mobilizing resources to enable the vision
Track record of delivering results in dynamic fast-paced environments
Ability to grow market share profitably in a matrixed organization
Ability to influence and build advocacy at all levels through a culture of collaboration
Experience leading high performing teams and fostering inclusive team culture
Drive big, global thinking from ideation through execution with accountability
Passion for understanding consumer behaviors
Willingness to take risk and explore new ways to engage and drive relevancy with consumers
Approach complex global challenges with an entrepreneurial mindset
Embraces change and thrives in ambiguity

Compensation New Hire Base Salary Range: $159,400.00 – $199,200.00 This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents. In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity (Long-Term Incentive).
