Job Overview
Join BD (Tissuemed Ltd) as a Clinical Specialist in Seattle, Field. Execute the Medication Delivery Solutions strategy across a territory that includes northern Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and Arizona. Daily activities involve clinical support, training, conversion management, and product implementation. Travel up to 80% for initial and ongoing training. Primary Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Regional Team to support customer engagements pre-sale through post-conversion. Facilitate customer training classes to support conversion or retention for key customers. Provide monthly updates to the Clinical Manager on regional training activities. Develop strong relationships with end-users while providing product in-servicing and clinical education. Collaborate with Sales Team in key account management strategy sessions. Provide routine follow-up support to customers at end-user locations as needed. Conduct regional training for contractual nursing support as needed. Collaborate with Clinical Manager and Regional Business Manager to optimize scheduling and activities. Conduct VAM assessments supporting Vascular Care and Vascular Access sales organizations. Qualifications
Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum five (5) years of general clinical experience, including three (3) years of hands‑on experience specializing in ultrasound for vascular access device insertion. Proven training skills preferred. Strong understanding of infusion therapy, vascular access, and key disease states served by MDS products required. Able to travel up to 80% to conduct initial and ongoing training. Participates in trade shows to promote product lines. Must possess and maintain a valid state‑issued driver's license with 3 years of consecutive driving history and meet BD's auto safety standards. Travel & Location
Candidate must reside in Seattle, WA. Territory includes northern Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and Arizona. Overnight travel required. Compensation
