Tissue Regeneration Associate – Advanced Wound Care (Oklahoma City)
Organogenesis is a leading regenerative medicine company in the advanced and acute wound care space. We are seeking a proactive
Tissue Regeneration Associate (TRA)
to support sales in the assigned territory, build strong customer relationships, and promote our advanced wound care products.
Responsibilities
Achieve sales expectations and support the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling.
Conduct product presentations and training to physicians, support staff, and hospital teams.
Support surgical cases where appropriate and assist in product adoption.
Collaborate with the Tissue Regeneration Sales team and report activities via the reporting system.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) requirements.
Travel up to 50% of time as needed.
Qualifications
B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred experience in a medical sales role.
Knowledge of wound care products and disease state is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 per annum, with eligibility for additional sales incentive compensation of up to $57,600 at target. Benefits include:
