Tissue Regeneration Associate position overview This Tissue Regeneration Associate (TRA) is responsible for selling Organogenesis Advanced Wound Care division products to physicians, surgeons, and clinical support staff in a variety of care settings. Primary responsibility will be to drive product adoption, utilization, and revenue through strategic planning, relationship building, new account targeting, extensive product knowledge, and exceptional customer service. This role will support 1 senior‑level sales reps (TRS) to further support customers and drive revenue and will have the opportunity to be promoted into a TRS once enough business is created.

Minimum requirements (required experience)

Documented track record of sales performance (territory growth, quota achievement, awards, promotions, etc.)

Consultative sales experience/mentality; proficient in selling a product/service based on value (not exclusively based on price or sole source contracts)

Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)

Team player, hunter mentality and abilities, strong work ethic, positive attitude, coachable, passionate for helping patients

Willing to travel as needed

4‑year degree

Compensation & benefits

Base salary: $80‑90k

At‑plan commission: $57,600 annually (paid out monthly)

Expected first‑year earnings: $135‑150k

Development path: this role is intended to result in a promotion to a senior sales rep (TRS) or other positions within the organization.

TRS compensation plan if/when promoted: $100K base salary, with an additional $100K in variable incentive compensation at the plan

Job description The Tissue Regeneration Associate is responsible for achieving the sales expectations of the assigned territory. Success is realized by building strong customer relationships, conducting consultative sales producing calls, utilizing solid product and disease state technical knowledge, developing and following a solid territory business plan, and reporting sales‑related activities to upper management through a call reporting system. This position will be responsible for selling products to physicians and support staff in clinics and hospitals and will require the specialist to support surgical cases where and when appropriate. Overnight travel may be required.
