Our client is a respected global consultancy helping pharma and biotech companies navigate pricing, reimbursement, and access challenges across Europe and beyond. They partner with innovators in oncology, rare diseases, and specialty care to make sure new therapies reach patients and payers see their value.
They’re now looking for a Senior Director to lead their Market Access practice, someone who combines scientific depth, commercial awareness, and leadership. You’ll guide major strategy projects, shape client partnerships, and drive the growth of a talented consulting team.
What you’ll do
Lead Market Access and pricing strategy projects across global and European markets, including payer evidence generation, value communication, and HTA planning Manage senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to global and regional market access teams Support business growth through account development, new service offerings, and thought leadership Oversee project delivery, ensuring high technical and strategic quality across every engagement Mentor and develop consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture What you’ll bring
At least ten years in Market Access consulting or a closely related field Deep knowledge of payer systems, HTA processes, and pricing frameworks across EU markets Experience leading large, cross-functional teams and managing complex global programmes A record of building long-term client relationships and contributing to revenue growth A degree in life sciences, economics, or another relevant discipline If you want to shape the future of access strategy and lead a team trusted by the world’s top innovators, this role offers the chance to do it on a truly international stage.
