About the Role We’re seeking a
Business Intelligence Developer / Analyst
to design and deliver data solutions that empower smarter business decisions across our global organization. You’ll work cross-functionally to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights using Tableau, SQL, and our data warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports for operational and strategic decision-making.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into BI solutions.
Develop business-oriented metadata definitions and documentation to ensure consistent data understanding.
Interface with Data Warehouse engineers to define and fulfill complex data requirements.
Lead small to medium BI projects with minimal supervision, managing timelines, deliverables, and user communication.
Provide training and support to end users to maximize adoption of BI tools and insights.
Ensure all solutions meet internal standards for development, usability, and performance.

Deliver transparency
and visibility to cross-functional teams through metrics like conversion rates and segment performance.
Collaborate
with business partners to establish and track KPIs that measure success and performance goals.
Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a BI Developer or Analyst in a data warehouse environment.
Strong SQL development and troubleshooting skills using SQL IDEs.
4+ years of experience with Tableau or similar tools (Power BI, Looker, Cognos, QlikView, Business Objects).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Preferred Skills Experience with Python, R, or similar tools for analysis, data automation, or machine learning.
Familiarity with Snowflake and dbt.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
