Salary: $65,000.00-$80,000.00

Position Overview

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the daily HR operations across all practice offices. The role works closely with the Director of Human Resources on payroll processing, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, employee recordkeeping, HRIS maintenance, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate demonstrates a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Essential Job Functions

  • Assist with overall administration and coordination of daily HR operations.
  • Provide administrative support for daily HR functions.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support benefits administration activities, including open enrollment and employee inquiries.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation within the HRIS (Paycor) system.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation coordination.
  • Assist the Director of Human Resources with payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, copying, mailing, and tracking HR materials and correspondence.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including staff recognition programs and special events.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and organizational policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally and discreetly.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn and use HR systems, including HRIS and payroll software (e.g., Paycor).

Preferred

  • Prior HR experience in a healthcare setting.
  • SHRM-CP or similar HR Certification.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM-4:30PM
