The Role As Human Resources Manager , you will partner with the Director of Human Resources to oversee daily operations and provide strategic support across: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Hiring, talent pipelines, career fairs, and branding. Benefits & Wellness – Administering benefits, leading open enrollment, promoting wellness. Employee Relations – Serving as a trusted resource, ensuring open communication & engagement. Compliance & Safety – Upholding OSHA, labor laws, and company policies. Culture & Development – Driving engagement, recognition, and training initiatives. What We’re Looking For We are seeking a candidate with: Strong HR expertise (recruitment, benefits, employee relations, compliance). Excellent communication, adaptability, and leadership skills. Ability to balance strategy with hands-on HR support. A passion for people and a commitment to fostering positive workplace culture.
