Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of GAAP financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, with emphasis on ASC 606 application.
• Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and development for the general accounting team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Drive process efficiencies within the general ledger, A/P, and A/R functions, leveraging technology to streamline day-to-day operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a preference for a CPA, CMA, or MBA.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a direct management capacity.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the oilfield service, construction, or manufacturing industries.
• Expert knowledge of GAAP with proven experience implementing and applying ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
• Demonstrated ability to drive and implement internal process improvements and controls.

This leadership position requires a results-driven accounting professional with 7+ years of experience, strong ASC 606 and GAAP knowledge, and a background in the service industry to manage financial reporting and an accounting team.
