Supervisor Housekeeping

Responsibilities

• Supervises housekeeping operations for rooms, common areas, and house heart areas to achieve and maintain the resort’s high standards of cleanliness.
• Supervises projects and processes.
• Reads and interprets documents such as safety rules and maintenance procedures; writes routine reports and correspondence; presents effectively before groups of guests and team members as needed.
• Demonstrates basic mathematical skills and ability to solve practical problems.
• Understand and comply with a variety of written and oral instructions.
• Demonstrates good judgment and decision‑making skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Provides guidance and directions to subordinates.
• Regular attendance in keeping with guidelines established by the company and site are essential to the successful performance of this position.

• Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned.
• Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous Supervisory Experience
• Housekeeping Experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests
• Physically able to work from ladders, move furniture, operate cleaning equipment, and tolerate exposure to general cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust and noise.
