The Tuscany Village, Hilton Grand Vacations Resort is looking for a talented hospitality professional to join our customer service-oriented team. Located on 34 acres of lush tropical landscape near Orlando’s major theme parks, our 720-key property offers opportunities to showcase your customer service skills while growing your career in hospitality with a reputable brand. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate staff schedules according to standards and forecasted occupancy; assign daily work tasks to employees.
  • Maintain room inventory timely and efficiently for the Front Desk.
  • Document and communicate maintenance requests to the engineering department to ensure resort service quality standards are met.
  • Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner and follow up to ensure guest happiness.
  • Display a professional image through appearance, dress, and conduct.
  • Ensure the hotel complies with all federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and guests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficient English language to communicate both verbally and in writing with guests, owners, co-workers, and fully comprehend job assignments

Preferred qualifications

  • CPR/First Aid
  • 2+ years of Supervisory experience
  • Prior housekeeping experience in hospitality industry
  • Bilingual
