Responsibilities

Lead employee engagement and communication efforts through newsletters, day‑of‑show info sheets, and other tools.

Curate and maintain day‑of‑show employee experience areas, reducing hassles and boosting morale.

Administer recognition programs that celebrate service wins and build an “ONE‑CREW” culture.

Serve as venue lead for service‑focused training, working with managers to deliver staff training and reinforce standards.

Design and deliver fan experience initiatives, including service recovery and milestone celebrations, and support inclusive programming.

Partner with the General Manager and Leadership to lead the post‑show reporting process, capturing and analyzing guest feedback and operational data.

Advocate for and manage employee Care and Recognition budgets, streamline event‑day operations, and identify opportunities for friction removal.

Build regular touchpoints with venue leadership, Back of House, and regional Experience Management teams to adopt guest‑ and employee‑focused programs.

Qualifications

Natural interest in helping others and a heart for service; passion for engaging fan experiences.

Maintain composure and organization in a hectic, loud environment.

Flexible, one‑team mentality; approach the job with a collaborative mindset.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CANVA.

Positive outlook, strong communication skills, including public speaking or meeting facilitation.

Strong problem‑solving skills and demonstrated experience finding creative, viable solutions.

1–3 years of comparable experience in a related role.

Physical requirements: constant activity, walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 30 lbs with proper technique.
