Position Summary The Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and budget control. Key responsibilities include recruiting and training employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. They also handle financial records, from daily reports to payroll, and may implement marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Pay Rate $70K-$80K/annual
Responsibilities
Ensure an excellent guest experience for every guest
Front-of-house leadership, including training associates, providing world-class customer service and taking great care of the equipment and facilities.
Work in partnership with the rest of the Hospitality Leadership team to develop strategies to grow the business
Develop food and beverage knowledge for every product, and lead team to achieve the same
Be accountable for financial audits and paperwork: till cash, bank deposits and change requests, daily balancing and tip tracking
Run pre-shift meetings, convey key business updates, map and communicate station coverage plan, lead Values messages
Efficiently manage the flow of traffic on the floor.
Conduct hiring interviews, mentor, train, and conduct in-the-moment coaching to further develop
Assist with scheduling dining room staff
Maintaining FOH inventory and equipment
Health department quality control & maintain a safe work environment
Minimum Qualifications
Proficient working knowledge of Toast POS and OpenTable
Basic wine knowledge.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Ability and desire to work extended hours of operation
Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays
