Administrative Assistant – San Diego Office
Our client is looking for a motivated and reliable
Administrative Assistant
to be the backbone of their operations. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of their dynamic team, providing critical support and ensuring the office is organized and efficient. Responsibilities: Greet visitors and answer phones with a professional and helpful attitude. Keep the office and common areas tidy and well-stocked. Support the various teams by handling requests, managing physical and digital files and ensuring paperwork is accurate and organized. Assist with onboarding new temporary field staff. Audit and assist with submitting payroll. Manage office equipment, new employee equipment set-up, coordinate maintenance as needed. Stay on top of deadlines and handle a variety of tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Handle inventory of materials. Qualifications: 1‑2 years of experience supporting a team in an administrative role. High school diploma minimum education. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in both Spanish and English.
