Responsibilities
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell the employer's suite of Business Partnership products, focusing on Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
Negotiate favorable contracts and close sales while aligning strategically with assigned referral partners
Provide periodic updates demonstrating the qualification and prioritization of sales opportunities
Qualifications
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, specifically in the Earned Wage Access space within fintech
Proven track record of direct selling success and exceeding sales goals and quotas
Experience selling to "C" level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree
Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training is preferred
