respected plaintiff-side employment litigation firm in Los Angeles
that continues to expand due to its growing caseload and reputation for excellence in employee advocacy.
The firm is seeking a
mid-level Employment Litigation Attorney (3–7 years)
to join its collaborative, mission-driven team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to take on
meaningful, high-impact work —representing employees in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour cases—while working alongside experienced trial lawyers who mentor and empower their associates.
The role offers the chance to
take ownership of cases early , develop litigation strategy, and appear in court regularly—ideal for an attorney who’s ready to move beyond research and support work and step confidently into lead responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of employment cases from intake through resolution
Conduct and defend depositions
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Collaborate with partners on strategy and case development
Qualifications:
3–7 years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff preferred)
Strong legal writing and client advocacy skills
Compassionate, proactive, and team-oriented
Compensation:
Competitive base salary ranging from
$130,000 to $200,000 , commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
