Compensation & Benefits:
Up to $50K base salary (flexible for the right candidate) + full pension (5% base + 4% match), 100% employer-paid health insurance, generous PTO, 12 paid holidays, and more.
What You'll Do: • Manage day-to-day office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and document organization. • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. • Prepare weekly bulletins, newsletters, and announcements. • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and room reservations. • Support clergy and ministry leaders with administrative tasks and reporting. • Maintain parish records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality. • Assist with volunteer coordination and cross-ministry communication. • Oversee office supplies, vendor relationships, and general logistics. • Use Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) to streamline operations.
What We're Looking For: • 3+ years of administrative or office support experience. • Basic Excel skills (data entry and simple formulas like SUM). • Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor. • Highly organized and detail-oriented. • Comfortable working in a faith-based, mission-aligned environment. • Experience in nonprofit or church settings is a plus. • Familiarity with website editing, social media, or church management software is a bonus.
