Job Description And Duties Under the general direction of a Staff Services Manager II, the incumbent will be responsible for division-wide technical labor compliance support for the administration of construction "public works" contracts, database management, information tracking, training, research, legislative analysis, audits, compliant investigations, and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program. The incumbent plans, organizes, directs, and supervises the work of the District labor compliance unit and will act as the Title VI representative for the Division of Construction. Incumbent must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license when operating State vehicles. The incumbent will be assigned work based on Divisional and/or Departmental needs.

Possession of a valid driver’s license is required when operating a State owned or leased vehicle
