Custom Machine, LLC is a precision manufacturing facility that produces advanced components for customers globally. To ensure the delivery of quality components, we maintain ISO 9001 certification and use advanced Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to inspect machined features to exact specifications.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Zeiss CMM Programmer in Woburn, MA. The Zeiss CMM Programmer will be responsible for programming and operating CMM machines to ensure accurate measurements of machined components. Day-to-day tasks include performing inspections, calibrations, quality control checks, and utilizing gauges to verify measurements. The role involves working closely with the production team to ensure components meet precision standards and specifications. Qualifications
Gauges, Measurements, and Calibration skills Quality Control and Inspection skills Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) programming Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and in a team environment Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is a plus Extensive Zeiss CMM programming experience is a requirement Seniority level
