Pay: Up to $58,000 annually About the Role
As an HR Coordinator, you'll be a key support to the HR team-managing recruitment logistics, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external candidates to ensure a seamless and positive experience across the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies Support benefits administration and employee inquiries Help organize employee engagement initiatives and HR events Collaborate with payroll and other departments to ensure smooth operations What We're Looking For 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for people Apply Today
