Prepare and review financial statements, capital account roll forwards, and investor reporting Support accounting for acquisitions, dispositions, and related transactions Manage cash flows, capital calls, and distributions Assist with fund performance analysis and partner reporting Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors Education & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred 5+ years of progressive Fund Accounting experience (real estate or private equity preferred) Experience with acquisitions or investment-level accounting is a plus Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail Benefits
