Nanny Position – Live‑in, Weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
A lovely family in Brooklyn is looking for a warm, experienced nanny or early childhood nanny/educator to care for their two young children, ages 3 years and 15 months. Start Date:
ASAP Schedule:
Friday morning (or Thursday night) through Sunday evening Hours:
Approximately 7 AM to 7 PM daily, with overnight on‑call duties About the Role:
Fridays focus primarily on the 3‑year‑old, who loves exploring and learning. Outings might include museums, ferry rides, and other engaging activities around the city. Saturday and Sunday involve caring for both children. Responsibilities
Tidying up after the children and keeping their spaces organized Planning fun and educational outings, especially for the older child on Fridays Preparing meals and snacks for the children Occasional laundry for the children (weekday help is already in place) Supporting French language development; the 3‑year‑old already speaks French Overnight on‑call care with a baby monitor (compensated) Creating playful, enriching activities tailored to their developmental stages Potty training support and diaper changes for the youngest Occasional travel to the family’s second home in Long Island Ideal Candidate
Familiar with toddler‑friendly activities in Brooklyn or eager to discover new ones Speaks French or is comfortable introducing basic French to the children Kind, proactive, and passionate about early childhood development Contact
