Schedule:
FT 39 hours per week; Mon-Wed-Fri 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. + Tues-Thurs 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Salary Amount or Range:
$35-$40/hour D.O.E. + standard benefits (paid vacation, sick days, holidays)

Description A split household in San Francisco is seeking an experienced, caring nanny for their 2.5-year-old boy. Their son is in preschool in the morning on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Responsibilities include picking him up from school, driving him to classes and activities, engaging in play, preparing his meals and snacks, child laundry, and light tidying.
Schedule
Week 1
With mom: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
With dad: Tuesday, Thursday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Week 2
With mom: Monday, Wednesday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
With dad: Tuesday, Thursday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. + Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The best person for them is confident, calm, and prioritizes their child's safety and wellbeing. Someone who is proactive, with attention to detail, who is looking for a long-term commitment will be the best fit.
Experience Requirements
2 years minimum experience working as a nanny with excellent verifiable references
Educational Requirements
Fluency in English
Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
Qualifications
COVID-vaccinated + ideally boosted
TB and Tdap vaccine
CPR Certified
Valid driver with clean record (family can provide a household car for work-related driving)
Flexibility to provide occasional overnight care or travel with mom for work (usually once a year for 3-4 days)
Comfortable with dogs
Experienced with toddlers
Trustworthy
Prioritizes safety and wellbeing of child
Good communicator
Gentle but firm
Takes initiative
Attention to detail
Can make a long-term commitment, ideally a few years
Responsibilities
Assist with child's routine
Driving to/from school and activities
Engaging in play
Planning fun outings
Taking child to music, art camp/classes
Light tidying (child's room, play areas, wiping down toys, etc.)
Child laundry
Occasional overnights / travel with mom for work
Ideally willing to feed the dog and take on a walk (there is 1 x French bulldog in each home)
